LES MILLS BODYPUMP
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout utilizing the trademark REP effect! After completing nearly 1000 reps this class can burn approximately 500 calories in an hour! Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 1 hour class, reservation required unless you bring your own equipment.
CYCLE & CYCLE/SCULPT 30/30
Cycle is a 30 or 60 minute class that will get your heart rate up, sweat to the max and burn massive calories long after the class has finished! This is a fun ride to the rhythm high-intensity class. Low impact – it causes less strain and injuries than most other forms of exercise. A good muscle workout– cycling uses all of the major muscle groups as you pedal. Easy – unlike some other sports, cycling does not require high levels of physical skill.
Cycle/Sculpt 30/30 is designed to give you a total body workout. You will spend 30 minutes of class on the bike riding to the rhythm! And 30 minutes focusing on circuit stations, doing upper and lower body exercises to sculpt and tone your entire body.
HIIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed by our instructors to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. We combine this full body workout with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to push yourself to the limit.
POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses to strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique. Low - medium impact typically barefoot 60 minute class, bring your mat – we’ll provide the Ripstix®.
Bootcamp is a class flexible to serve every level of fitness. It will get beginners into shape and will challenge individuals that have been attending classes regularly. Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the core, upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, balls, and even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are ever the same!
Zumba Toning is for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning & sculpting. The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks helps focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged ! Medium-High Impact 1 hour class.

Hip-Hop is structured to offer an intense cardiovascular workout, in addition to teaching basic Hip-Hop movements & technique. The class is ideal for students looking to tone muscles, achieve weight loss and/or increase stamina, all while indulging in a fun-filled dance activity that avoids the monotony of traditional cardio training.
