Barbells

Our signature Barbell Workout class uses a barbell, weighted plates, dumbbells and your own bodyweight as resistance. This class will give you a complete full body workout! An Instructor will coach you through the targeted exercises while properly reinforcing good form and technique. You will be encouraged and motivated to achieve much more than you thought possible!
You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

Cycle is a 30, 45 or 60 minute class that will get your heart rate up, sweat to the max and burn massive calories long after the class has finished! This is a fun, ride to the rhythm, high-intensity class. Low impact – it causes less strain and injuries than most other forms of exercise. A good muscle workout– cycling uses all of the major muscle groups as you pedal. Easy – unlike some other sports, cycling does not require high levels of physical skill.

Fitness

HIIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed by our instructors to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.  We combine this full body workout with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to push yourself to the limit. 

POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses to strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique. Low - medium impact typically barefoot 60 minute class, bring your mat – we’ll provide the Ripstix®.

Ditch the workout, join the party®!!! Total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. High Impact 1 hour class, no equipment needed – just smiles and energy!

Child's Pose

Beginner Yoga is designed to engage the body and mind. This class offers the benefits of flexibility, strength and energy, and aids in injury prevention. You will explore balance and breathing exercises to release tension and stress from the joints as well as the mind. Modifications for every fitness level to help you achieve a personalized workout with the benefits of a group exercise atmosphere. Low impact 1 hour class, bring your yoga mat or borrow one of ours.

Hip-Hop is structured to offer an intense cardiovascular workout, in addition to teaching basic Hip-Hop movements & technique. The class is ideal for students looking to tone muscles, achieve weight loss and/or increase stamina, all while indulging in a fun-filled dance activity that avoids the monotony of traditional cardio training. High Impact 1 hour class, no equipment needed – just flava!

Cleverly choreographed 8 count movements, that build a routine to strengthen your muscles and increase your heart rate. Routines are built step by step to make them easy to follow, easy to learn, and easy to love! Steps were originally designed for knee rehabilitation, providing a perfect workout for all levels!! 1 hour class, medium impact.

STRONG Nation™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. High intensity.

Cardio class set to pop music. Cardio moves will be incorporated into the dances. The pace is a moderate intensity, but as always modifications are welcomed and encouraged!!!!

cardio toning

Cardio Toning is for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning & sculpting. The challenge of adding resistance by using light dumbbells helps focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged ! Low-Medium-High Impact 1 hour class.

Bootcamp is a class flexible to serve every level of fitness. It will get beginners into shape and will challenge individuals that have been attending classes regularly. Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the core, upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, balls, and even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges.

Kick boxing punching

Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

This class includes cardio kickboxing with more continuous movement to keep your heart rate up. As well as incorporating punching/kicking bags and mitts.

Barre Fitness is a high-energy group fitness experience, which blends ballet, yoga, pilates, and cardio work to tone your whole body without adding bulk. This class utilizes light weights, resistance bands, and small, controlled movements along with cardio intervals. Feel free to go barefoot or wear toe socks or shoes.
